Talking Mental Health is an animation designed to help begin conversations about mental health in the classroom and at home.

We have a dedicated member of our team who is trained in expertly delivering Elsa programmes.  Mrs White carries out social skills, confidence building and emotions work using Elsa with years Reception to Year 6. This work is carried out in small groups or on a 1 to 1.

Our wellbeing programmes on offer cover areas such as:

1. Coping with stress and worries.

2. Developing social skills and friendships.

3. Coping with feelings and anger.

4. Developing amazing self-esteem and confidence.

5. Lego time- developing communication and listening skills

We recognise that some children find the busy playground difficult and overwhelming.  Our lunch team also offers social skills, Lego time, crafts and small group sports for these children at dinners.
